Welcome, and thank you for your interest in LeafSummer LLC ("LeafSummer," "we," or "us") and Princess Tomorrow, including the current demo version and any related websites, pages, downloadable builds, and services we make available for the game (collectively, the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and LeafSummer regarding your use of the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, including the applicable Princess Tomorrow Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Arbitration Notice. Except for certain kinds of disputes described in Section 17, you agree that disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration, and by accepting these Terms, you and LeafSummer waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in any class action or representative proceeding.
Princess Tomorrow is currently offered as a demo. The demo is an incomplete version of the game and may not reflect the full or final experience. Features, story elements, dialogue, artwork, mechanics, availability, performance, compatibility, and save data may change at any time. Monetization, platform availability, and online functionality may also change in future versions. These Terms apply to the current demo version of the Service.
1. Service Overview
Princess Tomorrow is a game provided by LeafSummer for entertainment purposes. The current version of the Service is a demo build. The demo may contain incomplete features, temporary systems, placeholder content, bugs, or other limitations.
In the current demo, the game is intended to run locally on your device and is not designed to connect to a cloud backend or regional game servers. Future updates or any full release may differ substantially from the current demo, including by adding or changing online features, backend services, supported platforms, monetization, or other functionality.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for players of all ages. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3. No Account Currently Required
The current demo does not require you to create an account or register to use the Service. If we add account-related features in a later version, additional terms or updated Terms may apply to those features.
4. Pricing
4.1. Current Demo Pricing. The current demo is free to access and use.
4.2. Future Pricing Changes. LeafSummer reserves the right to determine pricing for the Service. If future versions of the Service include paid features, paid content, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or other charges, we may update these Terms or provide additional terms before those charges apply.
5. Licenses
5.1. Limited License. Subject to your complete and ongoing compliance with these Terms, LeafSummer grants you, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install, access, and use the Service on a device that you own or control.
5.2. License Restrictions. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, you may not: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying components of the Service; (c) interfere with or circumvent any feature of the Service, including any security or access control mechanism; (d) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels; or (e) use the Service for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
5.3. Feedback. If you choose to provide comments, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant LeafSummer an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and otherwise exploit that Feedback for any lawful purpose, without compensation or attribution to you.
6. Ownership and Player Input
6.1. Ownership; Proprietary Rights. The Service is owned and operated by LeafSummer. The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, software, music, sound, artwork, dialogue, text, logos, characters, story elements, and all other elements of the Service provided by LeafSummer ("Materials") are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials included in the Service are the property of LeafSummer or its third-party licensors. There are no implied licenses in these Terms, and LeafSummer reserves all rights not expressly granted.
6.2. Gameplay Input. The Service may allow you to enter limited text or similar information for gameplay purposes, such as character names or other in-game details ("Player Input"). You are responsible for the content of your Player Input.
6.3. Your Responsibilities. You must not use Player Input to submit anything that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, obscene, infringing, privacy-violating, or intended to disrupt the Service.
6.4. Use of Player Input. In the current demo, Player Input is intended for local gameplay use on your device. If future versions include online, cloud, account, or backend-supported features, we may process Player Input as described in the applicable Terms and Privacy Policy for those versions.
7. Third-Party Services, Platforms, and External Links
The Service may be distributed through or interact with third-party platforms, storefronts, operating systems, engines, middleware, hosting providers, analytics providers, social media services, community platforms, messaging services, or other third-party services. 8.3. Social and Community Interactions. We may post updates, share content, provide links, or communicate with players through third-party social media, messaging, or community platforms. We are not responsible for user-generated content, moderation decisions, account actions, service interruptions, or policy enforcement by those third-party services.

By using the Service, you agree not to:
9.1. use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;

9.6. upload or disseminate viruses, malware, spyware, worms, or other malicious code;
9.7. collect personal information about another user or third party without consent;
9.8. engage in fraud, impersonation, false affiliation, unauthorized access, or deception; or
9.9. sell or otherwise transfer access granted under these Terms.
10. Intellectual Property Rights Protection
10.1. Respect for Third-Party Rights. LeafSummer respects the intellectual property rights of others and asks users of the Service to do the same.

10.4. Repeat Infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate access for repeat or egregious infringers.
10.5. Counter Notification. If you believe material you made available through the Service was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification with enough information for us to evaluate your claim. To help us review it, please include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal or disablement; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification; your name and contact information; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.
11. Modification of Terms
We may, from time to time, change these Terms. Please check these Terms periodically for changes. Revisions will be effective immediately except that, for existing users, material revisions will be effective 30 days after posting or notice to you of the revisions unless otherwise stated. We may require that you accept modified Terms in order to continue to use the Service. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
12. Term, Termination, and Modification of the Service
12.1. Term. These Terms are effective beginning when you first download, install, access, or use the Service, and ending when terminated as described below.
12.2. Termination. If you violate any provision of these Terms, your authorization to access the Service and these Terms automatically terminate. In addition, LeafSummer may, at its sole discretion, terminate these Terms or suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice, and without liability to you arising from that termination. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12.3. Effect of Termination. Upon termination of these Terms: (a) your license rights will terminate and you must immediately cease all use of the Service; (b) you will no longer be authorized to access the Service; (c) you are solely responsible for retaining copies of any local save data or other materials you wish to keep to the extent available on your device; and (d) Sections 5.3, 6, 10, 12.3, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19 will survive.
12.4. Modification of the Service. LeafSummer reserves the right to modify or discontinue all or any portion of the Service at any time, including by limiting or discontinuing certain features of the Service, temporarily or permanently, without notice to you. LeafSummer will have no liability for any change to the Service or any suspension or termination of your access to or use of the Service.
Because the Service is currently a demo, this may include changing or removing features, restarting progression, deleting or resetting save data, changing compatibility requirements, adding or removing online functionality, ending access to the demo entirely, or changing the monetization model in future versions.
13. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are responsible for your use of the Service, and you will defend and indemnify LeafSummer, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or connected with your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your violation of any third-party right.
14. Disclaimers; No Warranties
14.1. As-Is Service. The Service and all materials and content available through the Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeafSummer disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement.
14.2. No Guarantee of Performance. LeafSummer does not warrant that the Service or any portion of the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, viruses, or other harmful components, and does not warrant that any issues will be corrected.
14.3. Entertainment Purposes. The Service is provided solely for entertainment purposes. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk. No oral or written information or advice provided by LeafSummer or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1. Excluded Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeafSummer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, goodwill, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
15.2. Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of LeafSummer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed US$100.
15.3. Allocation of Risk. Each provision of these Terms that provides for a limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, or exclusion of damages is intended to allocate the risks between you and LeafSummer. This allocation is an essential element of the basis of the bargain between the parties.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. For any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, or if a court proceeding is otherwise permitted under these Terms, you and LeafSummer agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in King County, Washington, and the federal courts located in the Western District of Washington.
17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
17.1. Generally. Except as described in Sections 17.2 and 17.3, you and LeafSummer agree that every dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Service, or communications from us will be resolved through binding arbitration. This agreement to arbitrate includes claims based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and applies whether a claim arises during or after termination of these Terms.
17.2. Exceptions. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from bringing an individual action in small claims court, pursuing an enforcement action through a government agency where available, seeking injunctive relief in aid of arbitration, or filing suit to address an intellectual property infringement claim.
17.3. Opt-Out. If you do not wish to resolve disputes by binding arbitration, you may opt out of this Section 17 within 30 days after the date that you agree to these Terms by sending written notice to:
LeafSummer LLC
Attn: Legal Notice
720 Seneca St, Ste 107 #210
Seattle, WA 98101 USA
If LeafSummer receives your opt-out notice on time, this Section 17 will not apply to you, and permitted disputes will instead be resolved as described elsewhere in these Terms, including Section 16.
17.4. Arbitration Rules. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and will be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its applicable consumer rules, as modified by these Terms.
17.5. Commencing Arbitration. Before starting arbitration, a party must first send the other party a written notice of dispute describing the nature of the claim and the relief sought. If the parties do not resolve the dispute within 30 days after the notice is received, either party may commence arbitration.
17.6. Arbitration Proceedings and Relief. The arbitrator has authority to resolve disputes regarding the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of this arbitration agreement, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Arbitration may be conducted on the papers, by video or telephone, or through an in-person hearing if required by the applicable rules or the arbitrator. The arbitrator may award any individual relief available in a court of competent jurisdiction.
17.7. No Class Actions. You and LeafSummer agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.
17.8. Enforceability. If any portion of this Section 17 is found unenforceable, then the unenforceable portion will be severed and the remainder will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law, except that if the prohibition on class or representative proceedings is found unenforceable, then this entire Section 17 will be void.
18. Miscellaneous
18.1. General Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features of the Service, are the entire and exclusive understanding between you and LeafSummer regarding your use of the Service. Additional terms may apply, for example, to future online features, account systems, paid content, platform-specific services, community features, or other new functionality. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time. If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
